This study is being done to collect tissue samples to test how accurately a tumor response platform, Elephas, can predict clinical response across multiple types of immunotherapies, chemoimmunotherapy and tumor types.
Primary liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world, and about 80%\~90% of primary liver cancers are pathologically characterized as hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Radical surgery is the main method for patients with HCC to obtain long-term survival. However, the early recurrence rate of high-risk HCC is very high, which seriously affects the overall therapeutic effect.
In this study, we explored and validated the predictive value of the longitudinal monitoring model of urinary proteomics for postoperative recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma and the predictive value of minimal residual disease (MRD) status, verified whether it is earlier than the recurrence suggested by imaging tests, and initially explored its clinical feasibility in guiding the adjuvant treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma in the postoperative period, so as to provide a new idea for the strategy of early intervention in the postoperative period of hepatocellular carcinoma.
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Huaier Granule for Prevention of Recurrence and Metastasis of Hepatocarcinoma following Local Ablation
This is a single-center, single-arm, open-label clinical study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Adebrelimab plus Apatinib as adjuvant therapy in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) participants who are at high risk of recurrence after curative resection.
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the TheraBionic P1 device given to patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who have no standard of care options can affect patients survival. The main questions it aims to answer are: * will the TheraBionic P1 device affect overall survival in advance HCC * the long term safety and tolerability of the TheraBionic P1 device * assessment of how the disease responded to the TheraBionic P1 device
This is an observational study. All patients who meet the inclusion criteria of our previous Phase 2, open-label, single-arm study of neoadjuvant immune-checkpoint blockade therapy (AK104) combining with TACE for resectable hepatocellular carcinoma, but refuse to receive neoadjuvant treatment will be asked again to participate this observational study retrospectively and prospectively. Participants will receive surgery and regular monitoring for 1 year. The purpose is to provide real-world cohort for comparison with the neoadjuvant cohort.
Liver transplantation is often performed to treat liver cancer, or hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), in patients with impaired liver function due to cirrhosis. A shortcoming, however, is tumor recurrence after transplantation. Approximately 15 % of patients receiving livers develop recurrence and this depends on the quality of the liver received. Machine liver perfusion, for example, hypothermic oxygenated liver perfusion (HOPE), which means that the organ is perfused with an oxygen-rich fluid in a cold environment before transplantation, is a novel method to improve the quality of livers before implantation. The standard of care is cold storage without perfusion. The objective of this study is to compare the survival after tumor recurrence of patients after liver transplantation for HCC between perfused and not perfused livers. This study's hypothesis is that survival without tumor recurrence is improved when the liver is perfused before implantation. The study involves transplant centers worldwide, and adults with HCC waiting for liver transplantation are included. 220 Patients will be recruited within 12 months and then observed for at least 2 years after transplantation. To provide the most valid results, the patients will be randomly allocated to either the organ perfusion group or a control group with standard-of-care cold storage of the organ.

In order to meet this objective, this biomarker will be measured in your blood before and after surgery, at three and six months.
This is a single-arm, open-label, dose-escalation clinical trial designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, expansion, and persistence of TC-G203 in patients with GPC3-positive recurrent or metastatic solid tumors who have progressed after prior therapies. Liver transplant is the most effective treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in cirrhosis. Due to organs shortage, the proper selection of patients is imperative. Prevailing clinical morphological models used in most centres (Milan Criteria), can exclude potential candidates and include patients with aggressive biological behaviour. To more accurately select candidates for liver transplant, the inclusion of criteria that could predict the behaviour and aggressiveness of tumours, such as molecular markers, might be useful. The investigators propose the use of a new algorithm (HepatoPredict Prognostic Tool), that combine clinical and molecular criteria that address the biology of tumours, in a single centre prospective, intervention study. Data from the "HepatoPredict genomic signature" are added to the clinical and imagiology algorithm. Based on this tool, patients outside the usual eligibility criteria for liver transplant will be proposed for this treatment. These patients will be transplanted with marginal livers or with livers from patients with Familial Amyloid Polyneuropathy, not competing with patients on the waiting list. Patients will be followed up to 60 months after transplant, to assess survival and HCC recurrence with biannual imagiology screening. Survival and disease-free-survival rates will be compared with those obtained by the usual management of patients included and excluded by Milan Criteria.
