Researchers believe this medication could help your heart work better and reduce harmful inflammation in your lung blood vessels, especially if started earlier in the disease rather than waiting until the heart is severely damaged. The study will measure how well the medication improves your exercise ability and overall health.

People with pulmonary arterial hypertension often face severe symptoms and poor survival rates, and current treatments don't fully address the underlying inflammation driving the disease.
