The Stroke Recovery Initiative is a registry designed to help stroke survivors find and participate in research studies testing new treatments and recovery methods. When you join, you'll complete a survey about your stroke and ongoing symptoms, which researchers will use to match you with studies that may be a good fit for you.

Many stroke survivors want to help advance research and access new treatments, but don't always know how to connect with available studies. This registry bridges that gap by making it easier for researchers to find eligible participants and for patients to learn about opportunities to participate in cutting-edge stroke recovery research.
