How well does a blood cancer medication work in real-world patients

This is an observational study that tracks how venetoclax works for people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), a type of blood cancer. Researchers will follow patients who are already receiving this medication—either on its own or combined with other treatments—to see how effective it is and how it impacts their health and daily life in real medical settings across Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.

While this medication has been tested in controlled research settings, doctors need to understand how well it actually works for patients in everyday medical practice, and whether combining it with other drugs leads to better outcomes. This study bridges that gap by collecting real-world evidence about both the benefits and costs of the treatment.
