You likely qualify if…

you are between 18 and 99 years old

you have nasal polyps confirmed by imaging or endoscopy (for some groups), or you don't have nasal polyps (for other groups)
you have not taken monoclonal antibody medications recently, or at least 3 months have passed since you stopped

you are pregnant
you are currently taking oral corticosteroids regularly
you have other lung diseases such as COPD, bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis, or emphysema
you are a current smoker or quit smoking less than 6 months ago
you had an asthma or sinus flare-up in the past 4 weeks
