Safety of migraine medications in pregnant women

This is a safety study for pregnant women with migraines who are taking or have taken Ubrelvy or Qulipta. Researchers want to understand how these medications affect both mother and baby by collecting medical information throughout pregnancy and for the first year after birth. This study includes two comparison groups of pregnant women with migraines who are not taking these medications.

Migraine is common in women of childbearing age, but there is limited information about whether these newer migraine medications are safe during pregnancy. This study fills that gap by carefully tracking pregnancy and infant health outcomes in real-world use.
