Share your pulmonary fibrosis experience in an online registry

This is an online registry run by the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation that invites people with pulmonary fibrosis (PF) or interstitial lung disease (ILD), their caregivers, and family members to participate. You'll answer surveys about your experiences and health at regular intervals—all from your computer or phone, wherever you are in the US. The goal is to build a better understanding of how lung fibrosis affects patients and families over time.

Researchers and patient advocates need real-world information from people living with and affected by pulmonary fibrosis. By gathering stories and health updates from a large, diverse group, this registry will help doctors, researchers, and policymakers understand the true impact of the disease and improve care and support for patients.
