You will have a single visit at Massachusetts General Hospital where you'll receive a special heart imaging scan, provide a blood sample (and optional DNA sample), answer questions about your symptoms and quality of life, walk for 6 minutes to test your physical ability, and have an heart ultrasound and electrical tracing of your heart. After that, researchers will review your medical records for up to 5 years to track how you're doing.
