Bone Health After Stopping Breast Cancer Medications

This study is watching what happens to your bones after you stop taking denosumab (a bone-protective injection) and aromatase inhibitors (hormone-blocking pills used for breast cancer). Researchers want to understand whether bones become weaker after these medications are stopped, and whether some women are at higher risk of fractures. Your participation will help doctors better support breast cancer survivors.

When women stop taking these medications, their bones can sometimes weaken more quickly than expected. Doctors want to learn how often this happens, who is most at risk, and how to better protect bone health in breast cancer survivors after treatment ends.
