If you join this study, you will be randomly placed into one of three groups: online coaching with 11 modules to complete on your own time plus five video check-ins with a professional over five months; in-person coaching with a therapist for 12 sessions where you'll also practice strategies at home and film short videos of activities with your child; or a control group that does not receive coaching. Throughout the study, researchers will assess your child's development, your stress level and confidence as a parent, and how you and your child interact together.
