You will be randomly assigned to receive the ROSE program either in person at the hospital where you receive prenatal care or online via Zoom. Either way, you'll attend four 90-minute weekly group sessions (with 6 to 20 other pregnant women) plus one individual follow-up session. If you're in the in-person group, transportation will be provided. You'll complete surveys before the program starts, at the end of pregnancy, and then at 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months after your baby is born to track your mood and well-being.
