Tracking a synthetic graft for kidney dialysis access

This is a registry study that tracks patients who receive a GORE® ACUSEAL Vascular Graft — a synthetic tube surgically placed in your arm to create access for dialysis treatments. Researchers want to collect real-world information about how well this graft works and how safe it is for people with end-stage kidney disease who need dialysis.

Patients with end-stage kidney disease need reliable access to their bloodstream for dialysis, and this registry exists to gather information about whether this particular synthetic graft performs well and safely during actual use in European hospitals.
