Tracking a new vascular graft for dialysis access

This study is tracking how well the GORE® ACUSEAL Vascular Graft works when used to create dialysis access in patients with end-stage kidney disease. Researchers want to gather real-world information about the safety and performance of this graft by following patients like you over 24 months after it's implanted.

End-stage kidney disease patients need reliable access to blood vessels for hemodialysis treatments. This registry exists to understand how well this new graft performs in everyday clinical practice and to make sure it's safe for long-term use.
