Understanding how immunotherapy works in young people with blood cancers

This research study is collecting information from children and young adults (ages 0–26) who have received immunotherapy treatments like tisagenlecleucel, blinatumomab, or inotuzumab ozogamicin for B-cell blood cancers such as leukemia or lymphoma. Researchers want to understand how well these approved medications work in real-world settings and how they affect patients' lives. The study includes both looking back at past medical records and following some patients forward over time.

While these immunotherapy treatments have shown promise, doctors need more information about how they perform in diverse groups of young patients and how they impact overall health and quality of life. This study aims to create a better understanding of outcomes so that future patients can make more informed treatment decisions.
