Testing inhaled nitric oxide to improve breathing in moderate-to-severe lung disease

This trial is testing inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) to see if it can help people with moderate-to-severe COPD exercise better and breathe more easily. Researchers will give some participants the medication at a low dose, others at a higher dose, and a third group will receive a placebo (inactive treatment) for comparison. The goal is to understand whether this treatment is both safe and effective for people living with this serious lung condition.
