Building a registry of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases in Armenia

This is a registry study—a large database where researchers collect and organize medical information from patients diagnosed with autoimmune and autoinflammatory diseases in Armenia. The goal is to gather detailed information about how these conditions are diagnosed, what symptoms patients experience, and how they are treated across different hospitals and clinics. By combining data from many patients, researchers hope to better understand these complex diseases and improve care.

Autoimmune and autoinflammatory diseases are serious conditions that can damage multiple organs and significantly affect quality of life. Currently, very little is known about how common these diseases are in Armenia or how patients are being diagnosed and treated. By creating this registry, researchers can identify patterns, learn what factors influence how these diseases develop, and work toward better, more consistent care for all patients.
