Fertility-sparing treatment for early-stage womb cancer in younger women

This trial is testing a hormone-based treatment (progestin therapy) to shrink early-stage womb cancer in women who want to preserve their ability to have children. Instead of the standard surgery that removes the uterus, participants receive medication aimed at achieving complete remission of the cancer while keeping the uterus intact. The study will follow women for five years to see how well this treatment works, how often cancer returns, and whether women are able to become pregnant.
