Two drug combinations for hard-to-treat lymphoma

This trial is testing whether a medication called orelabrutinib, combined with rituximab, works better than lenalidomide combined with rituximab for treating marginal zone lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to earlier treatments. About 324 patients will be randomly assigned to receive one of these two treatment combinations. The goal is to find out which pairing is more effective and safer for patients.

Marginal zone lymphoma often returns or becomes resistant to standard treatments, leaving patients with limited options. This trial is designed to see if this medication paired with rituximab could offer patients a more effective alternative when their disease has stopped responding.
