Testing two medications together for hard-to-treat T-cell lymphoma

This is a Phase 2 trial testing whether Chidamide and Duvalisib work together to treat peripheral T-cell lymphoma—a type of blood cancer—in patients whose cancer has either come back after treatment or never responded well to earlier therapy. The trial will measure how many patients respond to the medication, how long remission lasts, and what side effects occur.

Peripheral T-cell lymphoma is difficult to treat, and many patients either don't respond to standard chemotherapy or see their cancer return after initial treatment. This trial explores whether this two-drug combination might help people in these challenging situations who have limited other options.
