This trial is testing whether a short, hands-on lesson helps people with atopic dermatitis (a common skin condition causing itching and irritation) use their topical cream more effectively. Many people use too much or too little of their skin medication, which can make it less effective. The study compares three approaches: a live demonstration showing the correct amount to use, a mobile app with instructions, or standard written and verbal instructions.

Studies show that when patients use the right amount of topical medication, they see much better results. However, most people don't receive clear, standardized instruction on how much medication to actually apply, leading to treatment failure and wasted medication.
