Safety Monitoring of a Rheumatoid Arthritis and Ulcerative Colitis Medication

This is a safety monitoring study of Filgotinib, a medication used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and ulcerative colitis in patients who haven't responded well to other treatments. Researchers will collect information about how the medication works and whether any side effects occur in real-world use in Korea. The goal is to make sure the treatment remains safe and effective for patients taking it.

Medications need to be monitored even after they're approved and being prescribed to patients, to catch any unexpected side effects or safety concerns that might not have been seen in earlier clinical trials.
