You'll be in the study for 6 months total. In the first 3 months, you'll either use the ENGAGE-ALD app or receive standard care resources—the study will randomly assign which one you get. If you don't start treatment, you'll be offered personalized coaching in the second 3 months to help identify and overcome what's been holding you back.
