Checking how safe and effective a tuberculosis drug works in real patients

This is a safety and effectiveness study of Dovprela, a medication used to treat drug-resistant tuberculosis. Researchers will collect health information from about 100 patients who are receiving this treatment as part of their regular medical care. The study will follow patients from their first dose through treatment and for up to 6 months afterward.

Dovprela is the only approved treatment for drug-resistant tuberculosis on a wider scale, but regulators require ongoing monitoring to ensure the medication continues to be safe and effective when used in real-world medical practice. This study helps gather that important safety information.
