Three-drug combination for advanced ovarian cancer that has returned or persisted

This trial is testing a three-drug combination—disitamab vedotin (RC48), AK104, and bevacizumab—for people with a difficult-to-treat ovarian cancer called clear cell carcinoma that has returned or stopped responding to previous chemotherapy. These three medications work in different ways: one targets cancer cells marked by a protein called HER2, one helps your immune system fight cancer, and one stops tumors from growing new blood vessels. The hope is that combining these three approaches will help people whose cancer hasn't responded well to standard treatments.

Clear cell ovarian cancer is particularly aggressive and often doesn't respond well to standard chemotherapy, leaving patients with very limited options once their cancer returns or persists. This trial exists because early research suggests that combining targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and anti-angiogenesis therapy may work better together than any single approach alone.
