Testing a three-drug combination for hard-to-treat T-cell blood cancers in young people

This trial is testing whether Calaspargase pegol-mknl, combined with two other medications called Decitabine and Venetoclax, can help young patients whose T-cell leukemia or lymphoma has come back or stopped responding to previous treatments. These three drugs work together in different ways to attack cancer cells. The research team wants to see how many patients experience complete remission (when doctors can no longer detect cancer in the body) and how well the medication is tolerated.

T-cell blood cancers that return or resist initial treatment are very serious, and patients need new options. This trial investigates whether combining this medication with two other approved drugs can improve outcomes for young patients who have limited choices.
