The study will compare two groups of people with obesity: those who score higher on thinking and planning assessments and those who score lower. By looking at these patterns, researchers hope to learn more about why some people with obesity struggle more with physical activity and overall wellbeing than others.

Many people with obesity face challenges with physical fitness and quality of life, but researchers don't fully understand all the reasons why. This study aims to discover whether problems with executive function—like difficulty planning or organizing—play a role in these struggles, which could eventually lead to better, more personalized treatment approaches.
