If you join this study, you will be randomly assigned to receive either aspirin combined with cilostazol or aspirin combined with clopidogrel. You will take your assigned medication combination daily for 90 days. You will have clinic visits to assess your recovery at day 7 and again at 3 months, with brain imaging (MRI or CT scans) and blood tests at certain timepoints to check how well the treatment is working and to monitor for any bleeding complications.
