Better breathing techniques during cancer surgery for obese patients

This trial is testing whether a lung-strengthening breathing technique called alveolar recruitment can help obese patients recover better after major gynecological cancer surgery. All participants will receive protective breathing support during surgery, but half will also receive the special recruitment technique. The goal is to see if this extra technique reduces breathing complications after surgery.
