Comparing how long two arthritis treatments work in real life

This study compares how well two different arthritis treatments work over time in real-world conditions in Germany. Researchers will follow people with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis who are taking either upadacitinib or a TNF inhibitor medication (another common arthritis drug) to see how long patients stay on each treatment and whether they switch or stop taking it.

Both medications are used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, but doctors want to understand which one people actually stick with long-term and whether one is better at keeping patients on treatment in everyday practice.
