Testing a new cell therapy for severe Crohn's disease that hasn't responded to other treatments

This study is testing a new experimental treatment called TRX103 for people with moderate to severe Crohn's disease that hasn't responded well to standard medications. TRX103 is a cell-based therapy — a relatively new approach to treating inflammatory bowel disease. The trial will evaluate whether this medication is safe and whether it helps reduce inflammation and symptoms in people who have already tried other advanced treatments without success.

Crohn's disease can be very difficult to control, and some patients don't respond to existing biologic therapies (like TNF inhibitors, JAK inhibitors, and others). This trial exists because there's a need for new treatment options for people whose disease keeps causing problems despite trying multiple standard approaches.
