You will participate in 9 online therapy sessions over 8 weeks, each lasting about 1 hour, using your own phone, tablet, or computer. Half of participants will receive standard therapy alone, while the other half will also receive emotional wellness support integrated into their sessions. You'll also complete two assessment visits—one before the program starts and one after it ends—to measure changes in your emotional well-being, quality of life, and physical abilities.
