Comparing newer and traditional immune therapies for aggressive lymphoma

This study is looking at whether newer types of immune therapies — including CAR-T cell therapy, bispecific antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugates — work better than traditional immune treatments for people with aggressive B-cell lymphomas that have come back or stopped responding to earlier treatment. Researchers will compare how well patients do with the newer approaches versus the older, more established ones by reviewing their medical records and lab results.

Many patients with aggressive lymphomas that return or resist initial treatment still have limited options and poor outcomes. This study exists to understand whether the newer immune-based treatments offer a real survival advantage over the traditional approaches that doctors have been using for longer.
