How well a targeted lung cancer drug works in real-world Chinese patients

This is a real-world study of how Trastuzumab Deruxtecan (T-DXd) works in Chinese patients with advanced lung cancer that has a HER2 mutation. Researchers want to understand how effective this medication is and how safe it is when patients receive it in regular hospitals and clinics, rather than just in controlled clinical trials. The study will enroll about 150 patients who are already being treated with this medication based on their doctor's decision.

While this medication has been proven to work in clinical trials, doctors need to understand how it performs in real-world settings with diverse patient populations in China. This study will fill that gap by collecting information about how patients actually respond to and tolerate the treatment outside of strict research protocols.
