Brain and Movement Training for Multiple Sclerosis Patients

This trial is testing three different types of high-tech rehabilitation for people with multiple sclerosis (MS) who experience cognitive difficulties (problems with memory, thinking, or concentration) or walking problems. You would receive either: cognitive training alone using a computerized device, robot-assisted walking training alone, or a combination of both. The researchers want to see which approach helps people the most and which patients benefit most from each type of training.

Multiple sclerosis can affect both thinking abilities and the ability to walk, but most rehabilitation programs focus on just one or the other. This trial exists to find out whether combining brain training with movement training could help people recover better than treating these problems separately.
