How well does an approved medication work for severe bowel inflammation in China

This is an observational study of upadacitinib, an already-approved medication for ulcerative colitis, in adult patients in China. Researchers will follow people who have been prescribed this medication by their doctor to understand how effective and safe it is for treating moderate to severe ulcerative colitis in the Chinese population.

While this medication is already approved for treating ulcerative colitis, doctors want to learn more about how it works specifically in Chinese patients and whether the results from earlier studies hold true in real-world care.
