Tracking how new immune therapies work for blood cancer patients

This is a research study that follows patients receiving newer immunotherapy treatments for multiple myeloma and related blood cancers. The study is tracking patients like you who are already planned to receive one of these medications — such as Teclistamab, Elranatamab, Talquetamab, Idecabtagene vicleucel, or Ciltacabtagene autoleucel — as part of your regular cancer care in Norway. Researchers want to understand how well the medication works in real-world treatment and what side effects patients experience, so they can help future patients get better outcomes and a better quality of life.

Doctors have new immune-based treatments for blood cancers, but they need more information about how these work and what complications to watch for when patients use them outside of strict clinical trials. This study will help doctors better monitor for side effects and figure out the best ways to keep patients safe and healthy while receiving this treatment.
