This study doesn't follow the usual testing phases โ it may be an observational study or a different type of research.
This study is testing whether exercise can help people with arthritis โ including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, gout, lupus, and fibromyalgia โ manage their symptoms and feel better. Researchers want to find out if there's a "sweet spot" for how much exercise is most helpful: is 45 minutes per week enough, or do people need 90 or 150 minutes? You'll be randomly assigned to one of these three exercise goals and supported with tools and coaching to help you succeed.
Many people with arthritis struggle to know how much exercise is safe and helpful for their condition. This study aims to answer that question so doctors and patients can make better decisions about exercise as part of arthritis care.
