How patients experience biologic medicines for severe asthma

This is a survey study asking people with severe asthma to share their experiences with biologic treatments — special medicines designed to reduce severe asthma symptoms. Researchers want to understand what happens when patients start these medications: how quickly they work, what changes patients notice, and any side effects they experience. The goal is to learn more about how these treatments actually affect patients' lives over the first 6 to 18 months.

While biologic medications can help many people with severe asthma, doctors and patients need better information about what to expect when starting treatment — including how long it takes to feel better, what improvements are possible, and what side effects might occur. This survey will help healthcare providers understand the real-world experience of patients so they can better prepare and support people beginning this type of therapy.
