Comparing a new bladder cancer treatment to standard care

This trial is testing whether a medication called nadofaragene firadenovec works better than the current standard treatments for people with high-grade non-muscle invasive bladder cancer whose cancer has come back or persisted after BCG treatment. You would be randomly assigned to receive either this new medication or the standard treatment that your doctor would normally recommend. The study wants to understand which approach gives patients the best results.

Many patients with bladder cancer do not respond well to BCG, the most common first-line treatment, and doctors need better options for these patients. This trial exists to see whether this medication offers a more effective alternative to the treatments currently being used.
