Testing a food supplement to lower hard-to-control blood pressure

This trial is testing whether Endocalyx, a food supplement, can help lower blood pressure in people whose high blood pressure remains difficult to control even while taking three or more blood pressure medications. Researchers want to see if this treatment can improve blood pressure readings and the health of tiny blood vessels. You would receive either the medication or a placebo (a pill with no active ingredient) for 12 weeks.

Some people's high blood pressure does not respond well to standard medications, which puts them at higher risk for heart disease and stroke. This study is exploring whether this medication might help people whose blood pressure remains stubbornly high despite being on multiple drugs.
