Testing a new injection to help people with difficult-to-control asthma

This trial is testing a new medication called CM512 given as an injection to see if it can help people whose asthma remains difficult to control despite using standard inhaled steroid treatments. Researchers want to understand how well this medication works, how safe it is, and how your body processes it. About 200 people with moderate-to-severe asthma will participate across multiple hospitals.

Many people with asthma continue to have severe flare-ups even when taking strong inhaled steroids and other standard medications. This study exists to see whether this new injection could offer better control for people whose asthma isn't responding well enough to current treatments.
