How well does a new lung disease treatment work in everyday practice

This is a real-world study of dupilumab, a newer medication for people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) that hasn't responded well to standard treatments. Researchers will follow about 350 adults over time to understand how well the medication works, how safe it is, and how it affects people's quality of life when used in regular medical practice.

While this medication has been tested in clinical trials, doctors need to understand how well it performs and what side effects people experience when they use it in everyday life — outside of strict research conditions. This study will help fill that gap.
