Tracking how well a similar medication works for Crohn's disease

This study is following people with Crohn's disease who are switching from Stelara® to Uzpruvo®, which is a biosimilar—a medication that works the same way as the original but is made slightly differently. Researchers want to understand if the new medication keeps your disease under control as well as the original did, and how you feel about making the switch. You'll simply answer online questionnaires about your symptoms while your doctor continues your normal care.

Biosimilars are newer, often more affordable versions of expensive biologic medications that work the same way in your body. Doctors need to know whether patients can safely switch to this medication without losing disease control, and whether people feel confident using it.
