Learning how blood cancer patients do on standard treatment medicines

This is a long-term registry study that follows patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia (a type of blood cancer) who are taking standard, FDA-approved medications like asciminib, bosutinib, dasatinib, imatinib, or nilotinib. Researchers will collect information about how well these medications work, what side effects patients experience, and how the disease progresses over time in real-world medical practice. This helps doctors understand which treatments work best for different patients.
