you are between 21 and 65 years old
you have had a stroke at least three months ago and are living in the community
you want to return to work or change jobs after your stroke

you can understand and speak English and don't have significant speech or physical disabilities that would prevent you from doing cognitive tasks

What participation looks like

If you join this study, you'll be randomly assigned to either receive the Train-Your-Brain program or continue with your usual care. You'll have assessments before and after the program that measure your thinking abilities, work readiness, and overall well-being. Your caregiver can also participate to support your progress.
