This trial is testing whether fludarabine, a chemotherapy drug given before CAR T cell therapy, works better when the dose is tailored to each person's body chemistry rather than using a standard dose for everyone. Researchers will compare two approaches: one using a standard dose for all patients, and one where doses are personalized based on blood tests that measure how the medication is processed in your body. The goal is to see which approach helps more patients survive without their cancer returning or experiencing serious problems.

Before receiving CAR T cell therapy, patients need chemotherapy to prepare their immune system—a step called lymphodepletion. Doctors currently use the same dose for everyone, but this new approach tests whether customizing the dose based on each person's individual chemistry could work better and cause fewer side effects.
