Learning how a heart disease medication works in everyday medical practice

This is an observational study that follows patients with a serious heart condition called transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) who are already being treated with acoramidis as part of their regular medical care. The study doesn't test anything new or experimental — instead, researchers simply observe and collect information about how this medication is working for patients in real-world settings across Europe. The goal is to learn more about how effective and safe this treatment is when used by everyday doctors and hospitals, not just in controlled research settings.

While the medication has been proven safe and effective in major clinical trials, doctors and patients need real-world information about how it actually performs when used by many different hospitals and clinics treating many different patients.
