Pancreatic cancer is very difficult to treat, and many patients are initially told their tumors cannot be surgically removed. Recent advances show that strong chemotherapy can sometimes shrink these tumors enough to make surgery possible, which may help patients live longer. However, doctors still don't have enough real-world evidence about how often this approach succeeds and how much it truly helps patients, so this study will gather that information.
