Understanding heart shock with blood vessel weakness

This is a research study looking at patients who develop a serious condition called mixed cardiogenic-vasoplegic shock — which means the heart isn't pumping well and blood vessels aren't maintaining proper pressure at the same time. Researchers are collecting information from hospital records across three French medical centers to understand how often this condition happens, how doctors treat it, and what outcomes patients have. This study doesn't involve any new medication or treatment — it's purely looking at existing patient data.

This particular type of heart shock is serious but not well understood by doctors.
