Testing a new injectable treatment to reduce breathing problems in adults with severe lung disease

This study is testing whether a medication called PF-07275315 can help people with moderate-to-severe COPD (a lung disease that makes breathing difficult). Participants will receive either the new medication or a placebo (a dummy injection with no medicine) as injections over the course of several months to see if the treatment is safe and actually helps reduce breathing problems and disease flare-ups.
