You likely qualify if…

you can travel to the study center regularly for follow-up visits and are able to commit to long-term monitoring

you have inflammatory stomach or bowel conditions, including severe acid reflux, ulcers, or Crohn's disease
you have had any type of weight loss surgery before
you are taking high-dose aspirin, blood thinners, or other medications that increase bleeding risk or irritate the stomach
you have active psychological issues that would prevent you from committing to a supervised diet and lifestyle modification program

What participation looks like

If you join this study, you will receive the endoscopic suture gastroplasty procedure, which uses tiny stitches placed inside your stomach through an endoscope (a thin camera tube). You will also participate in a structured lifestyle and diet modification program with regular medical supervision. You will need to attend follow-up visits, complete blood tests, meet with dietitians, and commit to lifelong dietary changes as required by the treatment.
